Centre Zen de la Main is located in an area of Montreal called Plateau Mont-Royal, just minutes from downtown. Vallières Street, on which the Centre is situated, is just one block long, and lies one block north of Rachel and one block south of Marie-Anne, between St. Laurent Boulevard and St. Dominique Street. The nearest metro (subway) station, Mont-Royal, is eight blocks away. Another possibility is to take the number 55 bus up St. Laurent to the first stop past Rachel. This bus can be boarded right outside of the St. Laurent metro station.
